Having good tools when you’re working with flowers is very important! You need to be able to cut the stems without hurting yourself and keeping the stems healthy. Here are some of my favorite floral tools!
Floral Knives

Using a knife for cutting stems is easy and fast and in the long run, won’t hurt your hand from gripping clippers for too long. I prefer the serrated knife, but the smooth knife works just as well.
Floral Foam

Floral foam is super helpful for different types of arrangements in different containers. These rectangle blocks are super nice and soak up water very quickly. I prefer the Oasis brand, but this one on Amazon looks great too!
Floral Tape

I like this floral tape in the light green color, it’s great for corsages and boutonnieres. It also works for putting handheld bouquets together to keep all the stems together.
Floral Apron

I love this little half apron with pockets that can help hold your tools. It’s easy to slip your clippers in and out of your pocket while you’re on the job.
Rose Stripper

This little tool is super helpful! You can run it down the stem of a rose and it will get all of the thorns off the rose stems and make them way easier to use in your arrangements. It’s so fast and so easy!
